Through our Startup Box Program, we are supporting African startups with educational resources and access to growth and digital consultancy services. In collaboration with our partner organisation, we are giving our startups access to huge discount to digital services and software.

Since its launch in 2020, we have facilitated the growth and development of some 200 women on career breaks, preparing them to return to the workplace with new digital skills. About 45% have successfully returned to work and additional 30% have taken on entrepreneurial and non-traditional job opportunities.

Join the community

From volunteer to part-time work opportunities in the last 4 years. We have provided young graduates and professionals a virtual work opportunity to build solutions and work in a fully digital environment. 20% of our volunteers have got job offers while on the job.

30% have also used their referrals from the program to further their education or apply for jobs and have been successful.

We offer them intensive digital skills on-the-job training and the opportunity to work with colleagues around the world.
